I specialize in working with people who have been told that they are "too much" or that their emotions are overwhelming for others. This often includes people who have experienced complex PTSD, Attachment Wounding, ADHD, AuDHD, and people who have current or previous BPD or Bipolar diagnoses.
Clients often tell me that our work together is dynamic, caring, and non-judgemental. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an opportunity for attachment repair. I offer support and validation while gently challenging clients in ways that nurture self-compassion and empowerment.
